“ The food here is delicious. The softness of the brisket, the nice toasted bread, & the perfect amount of cheese is ungodly. Paired it with their delicious, juicy, perfect bite pickle they give you on the side is amazing. I will admit that $17 for a medium sub, with chips & a drink is still a little much for me, but the flavor makes up for it. I will always & most definitely recommend this place if you have the opportunity to have one close to you. They have this really good cherry limeade drink right now that's actually really good & the zero sugar one is great! I always pair my food with the salt & vinegar kettle chips. The service was safe. No hiccups, straight to the point, & seamless. The music choice was good & it felt very welcoming to just sit in there & mind your business & enjoy a good meal. Please stop by when you have the chance, even if it's your first & last time. ”
“ Excellent sub sandwiches and absolutely LOVE the pickles! You can even buy an empty pickle bucket to take home for use around the house. Useful and also retains the pickle smell for some time, I kinda dig it lol!! The cooked beef sandwich options are so darn delicious. Quick, easy, and delicious-- absolutely perfect for a quick meal. ”
“ I stopped by Firehouse Sub this morning to use my Tmobile Tuesday offer. I never been to a Firehouse Sub before and there none around where I live but this store is about 1 mile away from my work so I came here. I got to the plaza about 5 minutes before they open so I just sat in my car. This place is in a plaza with a lot of parking spots so you won't have any issues finding parking. When I walked in, I was the first customer of the day so I avoided any long lines that I read from other people reviews. I walked to the cashier area and told them I would like to use my tmobile offer for the medium hook & ladder Sub and I also got a bag of chips. The interior of the place is decorated with a lot of firefighter stuff so take the time to look around. My food took about 5 minutes to be made so it was made fresh. I thought the Sub was decent for my first experience, but I would probably get different sandwich the next time I'm here since I'm more of a turkey breast person. The service I received here this morning was great. My score: Parking: 5 star, you won't have any issues finding a spot. Atmosphere: 5 star, the place is decorated nicely with firefighters stuff and they have outside seating as well. Customer Service: 5 star, I had no bad experience here this and the staff were nice. Food: 4.5 star, the Hook & Ladder Sub was okay but it's not my favorite. ”
“ I've been to this establishment many times, and they always get my order to me in a timely fashion. Of course I like going to the place to support our local firefighters, especially due to the California fires that just happened recently. The meat is honestly so fresh and delicious. ”
“ First time visiting the Simi Valley Firehouse Subs location. Plenty of parking here & next door to Chipotle. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Service was prompt & polite when taking our order. Sandwiches are made to order & were made in decent time. Ordering ahead on the Firehouse Subs App available. They have a self serve touch screen drink station with countless possibilities. Who knew there were so many flavors of sodas lol. They offer different side options to choose from & an assortment of chips. Miss Vickie's Kettle Cooked Chips definitely has flavor & that crunch factor. We ordered 2 Medium Subs. The Spicy Cajun Chicken & an Italian. Sandwiches come with a pickle slice. I ate half of my sandwich & took the other half home. I appreciate that they cut the Medium Subs in half. Both were warm & bread was toasted. We were happy with our sandwiches. Just an fyi, they don't offer the "Daily Medium Sub" at this location. When I asked, the worker had no idea what I was talking about. But, another worker mentioned that they haven't offered daily sub deals for a while. ”
